Misadventures of
Zeke and Liz
The Denver Protocol
When conspiracy podcast hosts Zeke and Liz land in Denver to investigate the airport’s infamous secrets, they expect the usual mix of tinfoil theories, bad coffee, and a blue horse statue with glowing red eyes. What they don’t expect is a tiny cowboy hat in a Ziplock bag, a cult that treats headwear as sacred geometry, and an underground machine for the size of a city block that may or may not be holding the planet’s rotation together by an eighth of an inch.
Dragged into a turf war between the Astral Cartographers Guild and the Navigators who built the Astro Engine, Zeke finds himself declared the long-prophesied Brim-Bearer, mostly because his podcast has good download numbers. Liz, armed with spreadsheets, dry sarcasm, and a lint roller, tries to keep them both alive while the tunnels fill with black-hat pilots, government liaisons, and one very anxious man who has been living in the ventilation shafts with a stopwatch and Funyuns.
As the Engine’s pulse climbs and the formation of brown hats begins to chant, Zeke and Liz discover that the real conspiracy isn’t just under the airport—it’s wearing a hat, quoting celestial coordinates, and insisting that the fate of the world depends on a podcast host who can’t stop narrating.
